We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, attribution, authentication, payments, customer support, and product operations. Examples may include Apple services, Google Play services, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Unity Ads, ironSource, GameAnalytics, cloud infrastructure, and support tools.
These providers may process identifiers, diagnostics, purchase validation data, usage events, or advertising signals according to our instructions, their own policies, platform rules, consent choices, and applicable law.
We may share information with providers, app stores, legal authorities, professional advisers, and business successors where needed for the purposes described in this Policy. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
5. Children and Age-Appropriate Experiences
Some CPCIX products may be appropriate for broad audiences, while others may be designed for older users. We use platform age ratings, product disclosures, and age-appropriate design controls where applicable.
If a product is included in a child-directed or family program, we will configure that product and its SDKs to meet the applicable App Store, Google Play, advertising, consent, and data minimization requirements. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
6. Your Choices, Rights, and Data Deletion
- You may use device settings to reset advertising identifiers, limit ad tracking, or manage platform privacy choices.
- You may use App Store or Google Play settings to manage purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and family controls.
- Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, objection, or restriction of your personal information.
If a CPCIX product supports account creation, you may request account and associated data deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Include the product name, account email or user ID, and enough information for us to verify and locate the account.
After verification, we will delete or anonymize account data unless we need to retain limited records for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, purchase validation, dispute handling, or app store compliance purposes.
7. Security, Retention, and Transfers
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online or mobile service can guarantee perfect security.
We retain information only as long as needed for product operation, account management, purchases, support, analytics, security, legal compliance, and dispute handling. Retention periods vary by data type and product context.
Information may be processed in Hong Kong and other countries or regions where we or our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards where required for international data transfers.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our products, legal requirements, or store requirements change. When changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required.
