1. Agreement
These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and CloudPeak Chip Innovation Limited. By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing from, testing, or using any CPCIX product or service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the products or services. If you use the services for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Eligibility and Age
You must be old enough to use our products under the laws of your country or region. If you are under the age of majority, you may use our products only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Some CPCIX products may carry app store age ratings. Ratings help describe suitability but do not replace parental review, platform family controls, or legal consent requirements.
3. Accounts and Product Access
Some games, apps, prototypes, or support features may allow account creation or third-party sign-in. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, security risk, policy violation, unpaid purchase issue, or illegal activity.
You may request account deletion through the instructions in our Privacy Policy. Deletion may remove saved progress, app settings, entitlements, and account-linked features, subject to purchase restoration and required retention.
4. License and Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use our products for personal or authorized internal purposes on compatible devices, as permitted by the applicable platform terms.
CloudPeak Chip Innovation Limited and its licensors retain all rights in our software, games, apps, prototypes, designs, interfaces, artwork, text, code, characters, audio, trademarks, logos, documentation, and product systems. No ownership is transferred to you.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Digital Items
CPCIX products may include one-time purchases, consumable items, non-consumable unlocks, subscriptions, paid features, virtual items, or other digital benefits. Purchases are usually processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform.
- Consumable items may be used once or depleted and may not be restorable after use.
- Non-consumable purchases may unlock durable features for a product, account, or platform, subject to technical and store limitations.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the platform account before the applicable renewal deadline.
- Deleting an app or account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Subscription management must be handled through the purchasing platform.
- Digital items have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed outside the product unless we expressly allow it.
Refunds, billing issues, taxes, chargebacks, and subscription cancellation rules are generally controlled by the platform where the purchase was made.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our products or services. You must not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, copy, or create derivative works except where allowed by law.
- Use cheats, bots, exploits, unauthorized automation, modified clients, or tools that interfere with normal product operation.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, payment validation, access controls, analytics, ads, security systems, or anti-fraud measures.
- Upload, transmit, or use content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious.
- Use our products for unauthorized commercial hosting, resale, benchmarking publication, scraping, or competing service development.
If a specific CPCIX product adds public posting, multiplayer, collaboration, or user-generated content features, additional rules may apply in that product.
7. Product Changes and Availability
We may update, improve, rebalance, patch, suspend, or discontinue parts of our products and services. Updates may be required for compatibility, safety, purchase validation, online features, or store compliance.
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Availability can be affected by maintenance, network conditions, platform changes, security events, legal requirements, or third-party service issues.
8. Privacy
Our handling of information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using CPCIX products, you acknowledge that information may be processed for account operation, product functionality, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, purchase validation, support, security, and legal compliance.
9. Third-Party Services
Our products may integrate with app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising networks, attribution services, authentication providers, cloud services, and support tools. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPCIX products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that products will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for every use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudPeak Chip Innovation Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, digital items, business opportunity, or service access. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our products, business, legal obligations, or platform requirements change. If updates are material, we will provide notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.
